Kurnool: Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Chairman and YSR Congress Party MLA Buggana Rajendranath Reddy on Thursdayexpressed doubts about Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s mental status. 

Speaking to media persons, Buggana observed that Chandrababu seems to have fallen into frustration after seeing the public response during his two day Kurnool district tour. 
The YSRCP MLA further took objection to Chief Minister threatening people of stopping welfare schemes if they won’t vote for the ruling party. “How can he say it, is he paying it from his pocket,” he asked.

The tone and tenor of the Chief Minister sounds his frustration and insecure feeling, Buggana quipped. In the name of Janma Bhoomi, mafia gangs are ruling the rust. Are we living in a democratic set up or not, he wondered.
