YS Jagan pays tribute to C.P. Brown

Tadepalli, Dec 12: YSR Congress Party President and former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy paid heartfelt tributes to C.P. Brown on his death anniversary. Taking to X platform, YS Jagan stated that C.P. Brown stands as a timeless symbol of linguistic devotion,  a scholar who loved the Telugu language even more than his own mother tongue, and infused new life into it. At a time when precious literary treasures like Vemana Satakams, Potana Bhagavatam, and several ancient Telugu works were on the verge of being lost, Brown used his personal resources to print and preserve hundreds of manuscripts for future generations.

Recognising Brown as an unparalleled luminary in the preservation and enrichment of Telugu literature, YS Jagan emphasized that his contributions remain invaluable.
