Mangalagiri: While appealing to government employees to work diligently to better the lives of people, Mangalagiri MLA and AP CRDA chairman Alla Ramakrishna Reddy warned them not to resort to any corrupt practices as YSRCP government would take a stern action against such employees.
Speaking at the Zilla Parishad meeting here on Sunday, Reddy said employees should do justice to their jobs and stay away from misusing public funds. He said the YSRCP government would crack a whip on those who had used their positions of power to plunder the resources of the State exchequer under the Chandrababu Naidu’s government.
The Mangalagiri MLA rued that officials during the Chandrababu Naidu government had failed to follow protocol in honouring public representatives. He expressed his gratitude to the people of his constituency for rewarding him with the second victory in row.
Ramakrishna Reddy emerged as giant killer for YSRCP by defeating TDP minister and Chandrababu Naidu’s son Nara Lokesh by a comfortable majority.
