*Coalition govt has failed people*

Tadepalli, June 4: YSRCP has reiterated that the coalition government has failed on all fronts and that the Vennupotu Rendellu programme has exposed how Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has failed to fulfil his promises, leaving all sections of society feeling cheated.
Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Party General Secretary Jupudi Prabhakar Rao said Chandrababu has abandoned governance and is pursuing a single-point agenda of spreading falsehoods against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Instead of addressing public issues, he is engaged in diversion politics, creating one false narrative after another.
He said Chandrababu has failed to implement his election promises even after completing two years in office, and the contrast with the governance of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is stark. While YS Jagan Mohan Reddy brought APSRTC into the government fold to strengthen public transport services, the present government is making moves towards privatization with an eye on the corporation's valuable land bank and other assets.
The coalition government is also handing over prime land in Visakhapatnam at throwaway prices, he alleged. In Amaravati, exorbitant amounts are being paid to contractors, while the concept of Navaratnalu, which received widespread public support, is being ridiculed and dismantled.
Jupudi questioned the utilisation of the Rs. 3.5 lakh crore borrowed by the government, pointing out that none of the Super Six promises have been fulfilled despite such massive borrowings.
He said all welfare and development programmes introduced by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy have been scrapped, while the coalition government's promises remain unfulfilled. The public anger witnessed during the Vennupotu Rendellu protests clearly demonstrates growing dissatisfaction with the government's performance.
He further stated that Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has lost his political relevance, while the BJP remains silent on key issues, raising serious questions about the very functioning and purpose of the coalition government.
