Chandrababu’s Singapore visit outcome is a naught

Visakhapatnam, Aug 2: YSRCP has lambasted Chandrababu Naidu and his son Lokesh for their inability to express as to what was the outcome of the Singapore visit but has been resorting to mudslinging on opposition levelling baseless allegations.
Speaking to media here on Saturday, former minister Gudivada Amarnath said the father son duo is at a loss for words to tell about the achievements of their Singapore visit but have been charging that YSRCP has been trying to stall the progress by sending emails to deter investments.
In fact, it was a TDP functionary who wrote the mails calling the bluff of the father-son duo. Chandrababu Naidu who visited Singapore for 58 times was never interested in bringing investments to the state but the trips were meant for stashing his ill-gotten wealth in that country with his longtime friend who was jailed on charges of corruption.
The Amaravati contract has exposed Chandrababu Naidu’s deceit by giving Singapore firms a lion’s share for minimal investment and the same script is being repeated. The agreement which is heavily loaded against the Singapore firm shows the huge scope for kickbacks and corruption.
Chandrababu Naidu who has boasted about the ports were developed by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and there is nothing to boast about by him and the contention that the previous government has damaged the brand image stands no ground going by the growth average during 2019-24 which is better than the national average. The Adani Data Center also has come up with the efforts of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his efforts to develop blue economy has brought in ports to make optimum use of the long coastline.
Lands in the city are being given at throwaway prices to companies with questionable credentials and more so the Lulu group, URSA group and other such shady groups, he said and demanded for a public debate on the land allotments.
