AP CM YS Jagan Launches Book On Dr C Narayana Reddy

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched a book titled ''Peddala Sabhalo Telugu Pedda'', on award winning Telugu poet, lyricist and literary giant Dr C Narayana Reddy on Tuesday. The book launch took place at the CM Camp Office in Tadepalli which was attended by Retired Supreme Court Judge J Chalameshwar, Judicial Academy Director Justice Goda Raghuram and others.

The book ''Peddala Sabhalo Telugu Pedda'', written by former Rajya Sabha Member and Industrialist Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad, is a compilation of Narayana Reddy's speeches in the Parliament when he was the Rajya Sabha member.

Speaking on the occasion YS Jagan said that he was fortunate to have released a book about the literary giant and that there was no need for him to talk about his literary works which are well known. He thanked each one on the stage for giving him the opportunity to unveil the book.

Dr C Narayana Reddy had produced over eighty literary works including poems, prose-plays, lyrical plays and ghazals. A professor, lyricist, actor, and politician, Dr CNare as he was popularly known, was nominated to the Rajya Sabha in August 1997.
