Chandrababu Naidu has adopted a new style during delivering speeches in the Janmabhumi programmes in the state. Realizing people are rallying behind YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Chandrababu has taken up the same issues raised by YS Jagan in his ongoing Padayatra in Andhra.
Sensing people are more impressed with YS Jagan's speeches on the promotion of education and facilities to be provided to the poor once he formed government, Chandrababu tried to attract the people’s attention by making tall promises at Janmabhoomi in Bobbili in Vizianagaram district.
He said his government is committed to make Andhra an educational hub and knowledge centre. But he did not talk about the growing problems in education sector including fee reimbursement, inflated fee structure in corporate educational institutions, students suicides and commercialization of professional education.
YS Jagan already announced free education to all and special incentives to poor including Rs 2000 to meet basic expenses. But Chandrababu avoided to address the problems that were haunting the education system.
All through the meeting, Chandrababu spoke extensively on education but none of the participants responded positively. As there is no other option, Chandrababu diverted attention on teachers.
