Pushkaram Funds About To Be Swallowed

: YSRCP's general secretary Anantha Venkatrami Reddy commented that TDP was failing to acquire at least one mark out of 100 from the people of the state for its rule. He participated in the Gadapagadapaku YSR Congress programme held by YSRCP at Ananthapuram. He went from one doorstep to another giving handouts of Praja Ballot and asking them to respind to the questionnaire.

Later he spoke to the media and exclaimed that IAS and IPS officers were being used by the ruling party leaders as their party's activists. He remarked that never before in his career he had seen collectors acting as mediators for portioning of corrupt earnings. Anantha revealed that the crores of rupees of funds sanctioned for the repair work of the national highways connecting Rayalaseema and Krishna river bank areas in view of the upcoming pushkarams were at the verge of being swallowed by teams of TDP leaders.
