YSRCP Objects To TDP's Remarks
15 Jun 2016 6:08 PM
Hyderabad: Taking strong
objection to the remarks of TDP leaders against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, YSR
Congress has said that it will continue its fight against the anti-people policies
of the TDP government and its failure to keep up its poll promises.
‘There is no need to
poke fun at the remark of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy that good will prevail over bad
at the end as in films. The film of Chandrababu Naidu has started on a bad note
when he usurped the power and party from NTR and is continuing with the
unabated corruption,’ party spokesperson Bhumana Karunakar Reddy told reporters
here on Wednesday.
‘The remarks that
farmers’ loans were waived to an extent of Rs 24,000 crores comes from blue as
it was earlier mentioned by the TDP President that Rs 9,000 crores were waived
out of Rs 87, 000 crores. Whatever be the figure how the total loans increased
to Rs 1.10 lakh croers has no answer.
We will fight these lies
and expose the states’ policies, he said adding that the TDP leaders should
refrain from personal attacks on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
“Our leader is waging a
straight forward battle and we will continue to support him all the way,’ he
said. Some of the leaders who switched sides from our Party have now been talking
that they were not sold out. In that case, they should quit and seek a fresh
mandate which will show whom the people will favour and whose polices they
would endorse,’ he said.
