YSRCP leaders arrested; tense situation in Dharmavaram

Dharmavaram: Tense situation prevailed in Dharmavaram. YSR Congress leader obstructed the Handloom conference in Dharmavaram questioning the government as to why loans were not waived off for handloom weavers and why the dues not paid.
They also lashed out the TDP government saying it is weakening the handloom workers' schemes and ignored them completely. The police arrested YSRCP handloom unit district president Erraswami and many other handloom weavers and shifted them to police station.
