YS Jagan's Big Gesture, Offered Free Treatment To Poor Child

Guntur: In a big gesture, YSR Congress party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made a promise of  providing treatment to a child suffering from deaf and dumb ailments from the birth. During his Praja Sankalpa Yatra in Guntur district,  a poor muslim couple hailed from Utkoor village met YS Jagan and explained the ordeals they are facing to provide treatment to their child. 

The told the YSR Congress Party chief that the government rejected their plea for free treatment as it cost nearly Rs 17 lakh. The Arogyasri scheme was also not applied for the treatment. 


Moved by the family's poor conditions, the YSR Congress Chief came forward to borne the expense of the treatment
