YS Jagan's assailant is diehard TDP activist

Several questions are being raised about the antecedents of Srinivas, the youth who attacked YS Jagan Mohan Reddy with a knife used for the cock-fights at Vizag airport on Thursday. 

The locals say that Srinivas is an active member of the ruling Telugu Desam. Though the Chandrababu Naidu is claiming that Srinivas Rao’s family in Thane Lanka in Mummidivaram mandal in East Godavari district is associated with the YSRCP the family members, especially, Srinivasa Rao’s brother, claim that they have all along been Telugu Desam activists.  

Srinivasa Rao’s brother told a TV channel that he is currently in the TDP.  Several photos of Srinivasa Rao donning the TDP’s yellow scarf are doing rounds.

The locals say that the TDP Government has sanctioned two loans and a pucca house to Srinivas. They said Srinivas has a criminal past. He was recently given a job in a restaurant in Vizag airport. The restaurant belongs to a TDP leader.  The locals say that the attempt was premeditated and well-planned.
