YS Jagan attack: We have no confidence in SIT probe

Visakha: YSR Congress leaders alleged that the TDP Government is playing down the attack on Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Assembly YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. 

They have strongly condemned the TDP leaders' comments on the attack. 

They feel that the investigation into the attack is not going in proper way and the police managed to water down the case. The 48-hour protest of the YSRCP leaders at Gandhi statue in Visakha is going on. " SIT wasted precious time all along by feeding false stories to the media each day as directed by the Government. We have no confidence in the probe launched by the state government and the Andhra Pradesh police. We want an independent agency to investigate the attack ," they demanded.

 The investigation by the state government was undertaken in a predetermined and deficient manner, they said.
