What has happened to the 600 promises?

Tirupati: Even a small kid will explain about the benefits of special status but Chandrababu, who is the 'most intelligent' leader, is not aware of them, said YSR Congress Party MLA RK Roja. 
Speaking at the YSRCP constituency level plenary meeting at Tirupati, she said that Chandrababu failed to pressurize the Centre to get the special status for the state. Chandrababu, who demanded 15 years of special status for AP, changed his stand after coming to power and he had mortgaged the befits of the state for his selfish benefit.  She remarked that not even one of the 600 promises made by TDP in its manifesto had been kept.
