Sharmila recieves complaints on money scheme
10 Nov 2012 11:15 AM

Pattikonda, Nov 10,
2012: Sharmila, who is doing Maro Praja Prasthanam Padayatra on behalf of YSR
Congress Party, has been flooded with complaints of being cheated in the name
of a money circulation scheme on Friday.
When Sharmila talked to
people during an impromptu interaction at M.Agraharam in Pattikonda assembly
constituency of Kurnool district on the 23rd day of her walkathon,
women, youth and others complained that one Ranga Swamy launched a money
circulation scheme in the name of Sri Nandi Yuvajana Samakhya and collected
money to the tune of Rs.100 Cr from people promising hefty monthly payments in
return.
The revelation by
people that Ranga Swamy had collected money with the backing of the local
Congress MP and employing 2000 agents in four districts had shocked Sharmila.
From M.Agraharam onwards, Sharmila continued to receive the same complaint from
people throughout her Padayatra on Friday.
Sharmila assured them
that YSRCP would take up the issue with the Home Minister and seek justice for
the victims.
Sharmila has completed
a distance of 296.80 km as on 23rd day on Friday as part of the
3000-km Maro Praja Prasthanam Padayatra which she has undertaken for the sake
of her brother and YSRCP chief Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
