Second Day Schedule Of YS Jagan's West Godavari Tour

West Godavari: The leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan is on a tour in West Godavari district. Today being the second day of the tour, oil farm farmers met him in Duddukuru led by Chintamaneni Hanumantha Rao. They submitted a memorandum about their problems.

They informed about the imposition of 12.5% tax on import of crude palm oil while keeping support price at Rs.7,94 per ton. The farmers appealed to YS Jagan on this occasion for bringing pressure on the central Government to raise the support price to Rs.10,000 per ton.

YS Jagan is going to visit tobacco farmers in Jangareddygudem in a while and speak to them face to face. In the afternoon, he will reach Kukunoor. He is going to extend support to the relay hunger strike of Polavaram's expatriates.
