Tirupati: YSR Congress party (YSRCP) MLA RK Roja criticised Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for the killing of Araku MLA Sarveswara Rao. After a public representative with cabinet status was killed, concerns over security of normal public is a cause for worry, she said.
In support to Leader of Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's Praja Sankalpa Yatra, the MLA participated in the Sanghibhava yatra held across Vijayapuram Mandal in the district here today. Speaking on the occasion, she observed that no one was safe in the State and that the safety of women was in danger across the State.
Roja said that it was hilarious to learn that Chandrababu Naidu, who once said that Agriculture was a wasteful activity, traveled to the US to speak on Agriculture. YS Jagan's padayatra has received grand reception across the State, from Idupulapaya to Kothavalasa, where the people's leader crossed the 3,000 km milestone on Monday, she said. Lakhs of people joined the padayatra in support of YS Jagan, she added.
