Naidu should be ashamed of commencing polls

Kadapa: YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday said that it was unfortunate to commence elections which is not necessary at this point in time. The leaders who won with the YSRCP symbol are more than the leaders, who won on the TDP symbol in Kadapa, Kurnool and Nellore districts. 

AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu should be ashamed of the various gimmicks in order to lure the YSRCP leaders - MPTCs, Corporators etc, YS Jagan alleged. As part of the local body elections in the State, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy cast his vote at the polling booth in Jammalmadugu in Kadapa district.

 Speaking to media persons, YS Jagan said that if there were total of 841 votes in Kadapa, there are 521 YSRCP leaders who won on the party's symbol while 305 were elected from TDP's symbol. It is unfortunate that Naidu is deliberately called for polls even though the YSRCP members are in majority, YS Jagan said.
