Muralimohan has his share in the capital scam

Cinema actor Maganti Murali Mohan is already notorious for his purchase of lands in Hyderabad under the name of his organization Jayabheri in Hitech city and surrounding areas. Now again CM Chandrababu made sure that his close ally and current Rajahmundry MP Murali Mohan benefited from the capital city scam.

Very close to the core capital…

Having earned from huge projects around hitech city, Murali Mohan now has his eye on lands by Kolkata-Chennai national highway. Jayabheri organization got ready to construct a huge residential project in an area of 2.775 hectares (around 7 acres) of land by the national highway under 8 survey numbers including 81/3C,80/4B, 81/2 at Kunchanapalli of Tadepalli mandal which is in very close proximity to the core capital area.

With regard to this, land owners have done agreement with Yarlagadda Ravi Kiran, Geetanjali, Nikhil Aditya, Sridhara and Best Fortune Company. As per instructions from CM Chandrababu, CRDA officials hastily sanctioned permission for Jayabheri to build 14-storied residential project on 21^st of July in 2015. Hence, jayabheri organization immediately started distributing brochures regarding its construction of multi-storied residential project and successfully made cash by selling half of the apartments to NRIs.

Murali Mohan bought 53 acres close to this construction at a cost of Rs.30 lakhs per acre with binami names. It is rumoured that there are plans for this land to be used for the construction of shopping malls, star hotels and convention centers.
