Kotagiri Sridhar to join YSRCP

Hyderabad, Jan 15: Impressed by the
functioning of YSR Congress Party, former TDP minister’s son has met Leader of
Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and expressed willingness to join the Party.

Kotagiri Sirdhar, who is the son of
Kotagiri Vidyadhara Rao, former TDP Minister and considered to be number two to
NTR while TDP was in opposition, has called on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the
latter’s residence and held talks along with senior leaders including Pilli Subashchandra
Bose and others.

Later speaking to media Sridhar said,
‘after seeing the way YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been conducting his role as
Leader of Opposition, I am very much impressed and am sure that he would become
chief minister  and win a mandate in the 2019 elections.

 ‘I will be formally joining the party at
a public meeting  to be held at Dwaraka Tirumala in West Godavari district
on January 29, he said.

Subashchandra Bose who also spoke to the
media said that Sridhar hails from a political family and has full grasp over
the developments in West Godavri district and his presence would strengthen the
party very much.
