High Court Admits PIL against Naidu govt on cases withdrawl

High Court admitted a PIL ( Public Interest Litigation) filed by YSR Congress party leader and MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy against the AP government's orders to withdraw cases against the ministers, MLAs other ruling party leaders.
The government withdrew 23 criminal cases pending against ruling party leaders. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's government also revoked cases involving election offences and other illegal activities against its ministers and leaders.
Ministers K Atchannaidu, Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Deputy Chief Ministers KE Krishnamurthy and N. Chinarajappa, Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao, ministers Devineni Umamaheswara Rao, Kollu Ravindra, and Nakka Anand Babu were facing criminal charges.
