Govt in deep slumber: Sharmila
20 Oct 2012 2:26 PM
YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan
Reddy’s sister Sharmila accused the Congress Government of lying in a deep
slumber throwing the people’s problems to the winds and told people that their
suffering would end during the Rajanna Rajyam which can be brought by Jagan
only.
Interacting with people and getting wind of
their problems throughout her 19-km foot march on the second day, Sharmila assured
them that their problems would be solved once Jagan becomes the Chief Minister.
During her Maro Praja Prasthanam Padayatra from Rajiv Nagar
Colony to Bhumaiahgari Palle Cross Roads covering the villages of Nandi Palle,
Talla Palle, Dugganna Palle, Ammayyagari Palle, Chagaleru Cross, V.Kotha Palle,
Gondi Palle Cross Roads and Vemula, women, aged people, students, workers,
agricultural labourers and youth met Sharmila and complained about their
problems.
People have complained about the lack of power supply and
non-receipt of pensions besides lopsided fee reimbursement policy of the
Government to Sharmila.
Sharmila assured them that their problems would be solved
when YSR Congress assumes power and Jagan becomes CM. At Kattuluru and
Nandipally, women in large numbers met Sharmila and described their untold
sufferings and sought her intervention.
