Hyderabad: YSRCP's senior leader Botsa Satyanarayana criticised the Government for adopting Swiss challenge system in spite of being suggested by Kelkar committee that it lacked transparency. He complained that the Government lacked commitment to construct a universally accepted capital city and was only bothered about how to rob people better. He questioned why the Government had not dutifully called for open tenders. Botsa said it was ridiculous of Babu to say that the companies of Singapore had come forward out of affection and questioned if they were some sort of charitable organizations like Mother Teresa trust.
