YSRCP Foundation Day has been celebrated grandly throughout the state. The party’s flag was hoisted in all the district and city centres. Activists and leaders pledged to work for the realization of late Dr.YSR’s ambitions. Certain service activities were held.
In Ananthapuram
On account of the party’s foundation day, celebrations happened with pomp and show and a cake was cut. Leaders who spoke expressed their admiration for the party’s president YS Jagan. They mentioned that he was the only leader who had been striving to take to light people’s problems and the Government’s misdeeds in the assembly and bringing force on the Government since the party’s emergence. They opined that YSRCP always worked for the welfare of the youth, the women, the labourers and the farmers. They expressed their pride in working under the leadership of YS Jagan. They confided that the future was YSRCP’s.
In Kurnool
In the area covered by constituencies of Nandikotkuru, Adhoni and Panyam of Kurnoool district, celebrations of party foundation were grandly conducted under the supervision of Gouru Venkat Reddy. YSRCP leaders of the respective constituencies hoisted the party’s flag and cut cakes. MLA of Nandikotkuru AIjayya did the flag hoisting and cake cutting in his constituency. Later in his speech, he inspired the party’s activists by explaining the party’s prominence to them.
In Prakasam
In the party’s office of Prakasam district, activists and leaders of YSRCP celebrated the party’s foundation day with pomp and show. The district’s party president Ashok Reddy acted as chief guest to the celebrations. He hoisted the party’s flag and cut a cake. They performed anointment (abhishekam) with milk to the statue of late Dr.YSR at the clock tower centre, decorated it with garlands and paid homage to him. Then the party’s senior leaders Yadam Balaji, Varikuti Amruthapani, Korabandi Suresh Kumar and others gave away fruits to the patients in the Government hospital. Activists, followers and leaders celebrated the foundation day in Darsi too.
