Mangalagiri: The Nagiri MLA Roja criticized Chandra Babu that he attempted to cheat the women and is living with 60000 lies. She said that Chandra Babu boasted that if the women vote for him he will waive off DWCRA loans and that their sacred gold chain (Taali bottu) in pledge would come home but now he is imposing compound interest on loans and forcing women to pledge their ear rings and nose studs also. Sometime back bankers respected women like sisters but now they are suspecting them as defaulters, is it not Chandra Babu who is responsible for this state of women in state, Roja directly questioned.
She mentioned that Chandra Babu is telling that he started the formation of DWCRA Groups but he is also blemishing the groups like a snake that eats her own eggs. The women were forced to pay interests from their savings amount. She thanked the huge crowd for supporting the ‘Samara Deeksha’ of Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy and also said that those who were cheated by Chandra Babu have realized early and she wished that they get ready for this battle to get justice.
