YSR Kadapa: YSRCP requested the NRIs in Gulf who had graduated in 2013, to get their votes registered for graduate MLC elections. In a press conference held at the local party office, YSRCP Gulf convener, Illiyas, spoke to slam the Government. He reminded how TDP had promised at the time of elections that they would sanction a job for every household, failing which they would grant Rs.2000 stipend to each of the unemployed. He also recollected how they promised to alleviate NRIs' problems and come to their aid, but had forgotten all about the promises after coming to power.
Illiyas called for the NRIs to teach Chandrababu a lesson for deceiving them, by getting their votes registered and voting for the candidates supported by YSRCP in graduate MLC elections. NRIs Sk.Ansar, GS Babu Naidu, Md.Gous (Babu), Sk.Gayas, Abdul Fouf and others participated in this event.
