Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's nine promises for the welfare of all the sections of people are evoking great response among women, farming community and the youth.
Many student leaders met the YSRCP chief at the party headquarters and thanked YS Jagan for announcing fee reimbursement scheme. At the plenary, YS Jagan announced that fee reimbursement scheme will be implemented without any conditions and each student will be paid Rs 20,000 per annum for hostel expenses. This promise evoked tremendous response from the students.
Apart from the fee reimbursement scheme, under AMMA ODI scheme students from 1st to 5th class will be given a stiphend of Rs.500 per month to a maximum of two children per family. For 6th to 10th, each student will get Rs.750 and Intermediate (+2) students will get Rs.1000 per month. The money would be straight away paid to the mothers.
