YSRCP Questions Somireddy’s Review Meetings 

Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party MLA Kakani Goverdhan Reddy wondered why Agriculture Minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy was conducting reviews at a time when poll code was in place and his tenure was coming to an end.

Speaking to press persons here on Thursday, he alleged that the only intention of the Minister and his reviews was to siphon off the funds meant for cyclone. “The Minister wants to make profit out of the crisis such as the Fani cyclone. Since theirs is the outgoing government, they want to use every opportunity to rob public money,” he lambasted the Minister.

The Sarvepalli accused the Minister that the latter turned out to be the most incompetent Minister and did not when was the cropping seasons in the State. “Somireddy never spoke about agriculture and farmers’ issues. The only reason why he is in the State Cabinet to abuse those who criticise Chandrababu Naidu,” he added.
