 Minister Rajni: While Naidu insulted SC and ST communities by building separate colonies for them, CM Jagan brought equality & integrated society by ensuring inclusive living in Jagananna Colonies

Minister Dharmana Prasad Rao: Naidu criticizes CM Jagan on one hand, tries to ape him on the other; TDP must clarify stance on welfare schemes

Vizianagaram, Eluru : The YSRCP is taking a lead on all its contemporaries in the state with their multifold campaigns engaging party leaders and enthusing the cadre ahead of the upcoming elections. The party on the one hand is aggressively reaching out to every household in the state with its Why AP Needs Jagan campaign and on the other hand, the party is progressively succeeding in conducting massive Samajika Sadhikara bus yatras in the entire state. Today marks the 23rd successful day of the yatra. The YSRCP leaders representing the BC, SC, ST, and Minority communities conducted massive public meetings in the Nellimarla constituency, Vizianagaram district, and the Kaikaluru constituency, in the Eluru district, highlighting CM Jagan’s commitment to uplift the backward communities. 

North Zone
Addressing the gathering in Nellimarla (North Zone), IT and Industries Minister Gudivada Amarnath lauded CM Jagan’s governance characterized by revolutionary decisions and a commitment to usher positive transformations. He said, “The construction work of the Bhogapuram airport is underway with an investment of Rs 4,700 crores. The development of the Bhogapuram area is anticipated to mirror the progress seen in Samshabad, which houses an airport in Telangana. This initiative is expected to generate employment for up to 50,000 people. Additionally, the Chief Minister is slated to lay the foundation stone for the Saripalli Industrial Park, marking a significant step towards development of the region.”

While addressing the massive sea of supporters, Minister Dharmana Prasad Rao launched a scathing attack on Naidu and stated that, "While the central government committee recommended designating Visakhapatnam as the capital, the largest city in the state, Chandrababu went against the center's decision by hastily declaring Amaravati as the capital overnight." He further questioned how Chandrababu could justify such an unconstitutional decision?

The minister also demanded Chandrababu Naidu's clarification on whether he is trying to emulate CM Jagan's welfare schemes to regain power and said, “While he accuses CM Jagan of misusing funds in the name of welfare schemes, while on the other hand, he claims that he will surpass the amount of welfare done by Jagan if voted to power."

Central Zone
While addressing the public in Kaikaluru, Health Minister Vidadala Rajini slammed Chandrababu Naidu for his negligent governance and raised that, "Under Naidus's administration, there were distinctive colonies for SCs and STs, leading to social disparity and untouchability whereas under, CM Jagan's administration, the government has worked with an unbiased approach, ensuring inclusive living for all residents in the Jagananna Colonies."

Adding to it, Housing Minister Jogi Ramesh contended that BC, SC, ST, and minority communities today shall acknowledge CM Jagan's unprecedented commitment to social welfare, surpassing any previous Chief Minister in independent India's history. The minister further noted CM Jagan's appointment of 17 cabinet posts specifically for BC, SC, ST, and minority to provide them equitable political representation.

Thereafter, Kaikaluru MLA Dulam Nageswara Rao praised CM Jagan by saying that a "Record 15,000 house sites were given to homeless beneficiaries in the AC and a massive sum of Rs 746 crore have been allocated and used for the development of the constituency. This feat was unimagined earlier, but, has been made possible only under the able leadership of CM Jagan."
