Unprecedented: YSRCP is the only government to give 31 lakh housing sites to the poor, says MP Pilli Subhash

On the 33rd day of the YSRCP's Samajika Sadhikara bus yatra, the ruling party successfully conducted the bus yatras in the Mandapeta constituency in Konaseema district and Yemmiganur constituency in Kurnool district. The yatra echoed CM Jagan government's message of inclusive governance.

The yatra was aimed at sensitising people about the upliftment and empowerment done by CM Jagan govt for the poor and  marginalized. Alongwith thousands of supporters, senior leaders from BC, SC, ST, and Minority communities participated in the bus yatra making it a grand success.

Addressing a sea of supporters in Mandapeta, Rajya Sabha MP Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose said, “In Uttar Pradesh, with a population of 22 crores, 20 lakh people have received permanent house sites from the government. Meanwhile, in Andhra Pradesh, where the population is only five crores, CM Jagan has achieved a record by issuing 31 lakh house sites within four years, creating history in the country."

MP Subash Chandra Bose elaborated that, “In the state, 78 out of every 100 people are poor, and CM Jagan's government has implemented tailored welfare schemes to support these underprivileged individuals.”

Adding to it, MLC Jupudi Prabhakar Rao asserted, “Chief Minister Jagan has demonstrated that our government is not a capitalist govt unlike the previous one, but it is a people's government. The entire focus is on investing in human capital.”

He stated, "Despite opposition parties' continous efforts to oppose and impede CM Jagan from introducing English medium, the government proceeded and implemented it, benefiting lakhs of underprivileged students in state-run schools.”

Addressing the huge gathering in Yemmiganur, MLA Chennakesava Reddy said, “By bringing in revolutionary changes in the fields of education and medicine CM Jagan has done great good for the marginalised and oppressed communities in the state.”

“Children from marginalised and oppressed communities are proudly going to government schools and getting education at par with corporate schools. Similarly, CM Jagan’s government has been providing corporate-level medical care for free of cost to the poor,” the MLA said.

Social Welfare Minister Merugu Nagarjuna stated, "The YSRCP government has diligently implemented welfare schemes prioritising the future of our children and that of the state on a whole.”

He added, "Initiatives such as AmmaVodi and reforms in the education sector have empowered underprivileged children, providing them access to quality education.”
