Sajjala condemns opposition allegations

Amaravati : Government Adviser (Public Affairs) Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy lambasted opposition TDP leaders for making baseless allegations against Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s family over the Vivekananda Reddy’s murder incident and stated that the latters daughter Dr Sunita had become a pawn in the hands of TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu.
Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Sajjala said that Chandrababu was conspiring in the CBI investigation of Vivekananda Reddy case from the last three years and using Sunita to divert the entire probe by offering a MLA ticket from TDP in coming elections. He also stated that Sunita was making allegations without any proper evidence to defame Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Sajjala opined that this was an internal matter of the family members, but vested interests are trying to derive political mileage out of this and drag the Chief Minister with false allegations. He questioned why didn’t TDP act when they were in power during Viveka’s murder and added that the call records between TDP and others should be examined. Chandrababu is unable to tackle YS Jagan Mohan Reddy politically and thus resorting to character assisination with false allegations,he added.
Speaking of the CBI investigation, Sajjala demanded a fair and impartial probe instead of diverting the case for political gains. He stated that CBl is trying to establish Avinash as the  accused without looking into the prime suspects or conducting a proper investigation. He appealed to the people not to believe these kinds of politically motivated allegations.
