Jeevitha, Rajasekhar join YSRCP

Hyderabad: Telugu Actor-couple Jeevitha and Dr Rajasekhar rejoined the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) on Monday morning. They met YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his Lotus Pond residence and formally joined the party.

Speaking to the media after the meeting, Rajasekhar told reporters that they met Jagan after a long time. He said that all the bitterness between them was over, and the air was cleared between them.

Rajasekhar admitted that he had behaved immaturely. He remarked Jagan had changed from the last time he met him and was now a different man and the meeting was long overdue.

Jeevitha asked the people of Andhra Pradesh not to fall prey to money, saris, and other items given during the elections. She said that if the state had to prosper and develop, then it would happen only because of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Jeevitha also said that people didn't need a person who wanted to make his son the Chief Minister without doing any hard work and that they needed someone like YS Jagan who was working immensely for the welfare of the public.
