* YS Jagan Bail Cancel Petition Dismissed By CBI Court
* Shock for TDP leaders
*TDP leaders in silent mode
In a stunning shock to TDP and yellow media, the Hyderabad court on Friday rejected the CBI’s plea seeking cancellation of the bail granted to YSR Congress Party chief and the Opposition leader in AP assembly YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The court poured water on Yellow media’s judgment day hopes saying that there is no substance in CBI charge that he was influencing witnesses and tampering with evidence.
It may be recalled here that the yellow media has cooked several stories against YS Jagan. Earlier in the day, they even wrongly portrayed that YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's bail has been cancelled and that he would have to go back to prison.
However, the court ruled that there is no substance in CBI’s apprehensions that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is influencing the witnesses, basing on a interview given by former chief secretary of combined Andhra Pradesh to Sakshi TV. On court orders YS Jagan Mohan Reddy filed the counter with all the facts and figures. He said that he is not involved in the running and management of the Sakshi media. Sakshi policies are decided by its editorial board, and its journalists work independently.
Meanwhile, the court has adjourned the hearing on the disproportionate assets case of YS Jaganmohan Reddy to May 9.
The court direction came as big blow to TDP, particularly the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, who is suffering with YS Jagan phobia and fear of defeat. With the shocking judgment Naidu and his party fall in jitters and looking for face saving excuses.
