YSRCP ready to join the Left agitation

Hyderabad, March 25, 2013: YSR Congress party honourary
president Smt. Y.S. Vijayamma on Monday said the party is ready to join the
agitation launched by the Left parties over the power crisis and the power
tariff hike.
Speaking at the fasting camp at Indira Park where the Left
parties have been agitating against the proposed power tariff hike and
undeclared power cuts, Smt. Vijayamma recalled the agitation launched by YSR
together with the Left parties against the power tariff hike during the TDP
regime and said the YSRCP will now join the fight over the issue.
Finding fault with the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy’s
comments that not even a single acre crop was damaged due to the power cuts,
she suggested counting of the acres in which crops have been damaged should
start with CM’s own assembly constituency Pileru.
Smt. Vijayamma, who spent some time with the protesting Left
leaders, expressed her solidarity to their agitation.
