IAS and a rank holder in the 2015 Civil service examinations

rank holder from Andhra Pradesh is the Daughter of Reddy Shanthi Kumari and
Reddy Nagabhushan Rao.

Veditha Reddy did her
initial schooling till sixth in Dhadranagar and shifted to Delhi Sanskriti
Vidhyalay for secondary and higher secondary education. She completed her
Electronics and communication engineering from Noida.

She says the
backwardness of her region in Andhra provoked her to become an IAS officer. “
My parents are my inspiration, I am happy to be selected for Indian
administrative services ( IAS ) straight off. I would work toward empowerment
of woman ” she said
