YSRCP activists lati-charged

Hyderabad, June 10, 2013: Police on Monday lati-charged hundreds of YSR Congress activists who attended the party MLAs’ protest rally from the Ambedkar Statue on Tank Bund to the assembly.

Police severely beat up the party activists and took them to various police stations in utter disregard of the fact that they just came to show their solidarity to the protesting MLAs.

Party leaders condemned the police action on the activists and described the lati-charge as repressive.
