We support Farmers: YS Jagan

Leader of Opposition and theYSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that the YSRCP support farmers to fight against TDP government. He visited Krishna district and met many farmers in that tour. He add that the TDP government is behaving in a very cruel and heartless manner by taking away the rural lands in the name of port development. He said he and his party would stand by the people of Machilipatnam and its rural surroundings in their fight against the land acuquisition.

“The lands are very fertile and at least three crops can grow in these lands. The lands are the reason for local prosperity due to the aqua farms. The government has not till now specified the compensation amount,” he told the people at Karagraharam.

The people of the area are looking towards YS Jagan to save their lands. They are unhappy that their agricultural and residential lands are being taken away by the Government in the name of development. They are upset that even the lands belonging to the famous Farid Baba Dargah in the region were being taken over.
