Rosaiah Appointed As State Secretary Of YSRCP

: Kilari Venkata Rosaiah has been appointed as the state secretary of YSR Congress Party on Monday. Rosaiah hails from Tenali constituency in Guntur district. The party has informed in a statement that the appointment was done as per the instructions of party chief YS Jagan.
