No Commitment to Construction of Roads

Velagapudi: Demanding to know why Chandrababu had allotted Rs.11 crore of SC-ST sub-plan funds for the municipality at the time of Bapatla MLC elections, MLA of Bapatla constituency, Kona Raghupathi, he asked why the officials were not spending the funds received on February 23. Mentioning how officials had laid roads of just 1-2m in an area with 1 lakh people, he slammed the lack of commitment of town planning officers, exemplifying with absence of side canals beside the roads. 
Kona Raghupathi demanded that the concerned minister should intervene and see that the roads were constructed with some commitment.
