Jagan takes oath as MLA

Hyderabad,
June 19, 2014: YSR Congress Party president Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy took
oath as the AP legislative assembly member on Thursday following which other
MLAs of the party also took the oath.
Jagan
Mohan Reddy, who entered the House along with other MLAs of the party, took the
oath in Telugu and in the name of God. Most of the YSRCP MLAs also swore in
Telugu and in the name of God.
When
the pro-tem Speaker P. Narayana Swamy called out the name of the YSR Congress
President, party MLAs clapped in appreciation.
Earlier,
when the House met, Jagan Mohan Reddy took the lead and in a good will gesture,
went up to the CM Chandrababu Naidu and congratulated him.
Tributes to Sobha Nagi

Mohan Reddy paid rich tributes to the party MLA Sobha Nagi Reddy who died in a
road accident.
“Sobha
Nagi Reddy was like my sister and stood by me in my difficult times. It is very
difficult to fill the gap,” he said during his tributes.
Support for Kodela
candidature
Setting
off a commendable precedent, Jagan Mohan Reddy also signed the nomination
papers of Kodela Siva Prasada Rao as the Speaker of the assembly. “It is a
privilege for me to support his candidature,” he declared after signing the
papers.
