Hyderabad: Leader of opposition YS Jagan mrntioned sand mafia during the question hour of the assembly. He complained that the ruling party leaders had stolen sand for two years. He stated that minister Yanamala himself had said that it was a Rs.2000 crore scam. As YS Jagan had tried to explain the details of it, ruling party obstructed him.
