Cheating And Atrocity Case On MLA Amanchi

Prakasam: Sarvepalli Subbaiah, a villager from Vetapalem mandal complained to the police of Vetapalem on Cheerala MLA, Amanchi Krishna Mohan, claiming that he had cheated him. With the help of YSRCP's in-charge of Bapatla, Amruthapani, Subbaiah filed a complaint.
Subbaiah had applied for bank loan in 2014–15 through corporation and SBI officers of Vetapalem approved a loan for Rs.2 lakh. As they asked for quotation for purchase of commodities, Subbaiah sought the help of MLA Amanchi Krishna Mohan, who then gave a quotation with through a businessman, Chunduri Srinivasa Rao, from Cheerala. But Srinivasa Rao kept insulting Subbaiah, over not helping him. He also told him that he had taken some percentage and given away the rest of the money to the MLA.
When Subbaiah requested the MLA to give him the money, he transferred Rs.50,000 to his account and denied to give the rest of the money and also verbally abused him by taking the mention of his caste.
Subbaiah appealed to the police to get the Rs.1,50,000 that he was owed to him and take action against MLA Amanchi Krishna Mohan and businessman Chunduri Srinivasa Rao as per SC-ST atrocity act. He also mentioned in his complaint that his life was in threat due to the duo.
