Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly and YSR Congress party president, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy flayed the Chandrababu Naidu government for putting DSC aspirants to endless hardships. YS Jagan took to Twitter to point out that that while there 22,000 vacancies, the TDP government was holding an exam only for 7,000 posts, after postponements. He highlighted the suffering candidates of the exams had been going through due to constant changes in syllabus and endless postponement. The YSRCP chief assured the people of AP in general, and DSC aspirants in particular that as soon the YSRCP comes to power, it will hold the DSC exam in the very first year.
