Macharla (Guntur): YSRCP MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy complained that Chandrababu had been staying negligent towords the problem of drought in the state. He stated that every village suffered from drinking water scarcity and farmers were committing suicide due to the indifference shown by the Government. Pinnelli mentioned that YS Jagan had come to Palnadu to assure the farmers and the poor of good times to come.

He called for the people to work together in taking the problems faced in Macharla to the notice of the Government and bring pressure on it as part of the protest. He proposed for moving forward under the leadership of the leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan in the direction of attaining water schemes. Ramakrishna Reddy reminded that no Chief Minister except Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy had ever bothered about Palnadu. He acclaimed YSR for putting his efforts on the development of Palnadu, keeping in view the needs of the farmers and the general public.

Pinnelli criticised that Chandrababu ignored the people's problems and concentrated more on buying opposition MLAs with corrupt money. He slammed the defectors for betraying the people as well as YSRCP and YS Jagan who had worked for their victory in elections. Ramakrishna Reddy warned the defectors that people and activists would not forgive them. He dared Chandrababu to make the defectors resign if he was born in Rayalaseema and had any valour.

Pinnelli commended YSR family for taking care of the farmers and looking after the state's well-being. He expressed his hope to see the state flourish again under the leadership of YS Jagan. He called for all the activists of Palnadu to work like soldiers in the direction of making YS Jagan the CM of the state.
