YSRCP slams govt for diversion tactics amid failures

Visakhapatnam, July 19: YSRCP has sharply criticized the coalition government for resorting to diversionary tactics to mask its failure to deliver on election promises. Speaking at the YSRCP office in Visakhapatnam, District President K.K. Raju criticized the Naidu-led coalition government of fabricating a liquor scam to deflect public attention from its governance lapses. “The coalition has failed miserably to implement its pledges, leaving people disillusioned. Instead of addressing these shortcomings, they concoct baseless allegations to tarnish YSRCP and its leader, Jaganmohan Reddy,” Raju asserted.
He highlighted the coalition’s inability to create wealth or sustain welfare schemes, noting that public dissent has rendered TDP leaders unwelcome in communities. He challenged Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to deny the proliferation of illegal liquor outlets, alleging that 2-3 belt shops operate in every village under the coalition’s watch, with public auctions conducted by ruling party representatives. “Your liquor policy has fueled a surge in crime, including attacks on women and girls,” Raju stated, linking the government’s failures to rising lawlessness.
Undeterred by arrests and fabricated cases, Raju vowed that YSRCP’s fight for the people will continue. “We will expose every conspiracy and hold this government accountable. The coalition’s attempts to suppress us through yellow media and false narratives will not silence our resolve,” he declared.
