Chandrababu should be booked for hate speech: YSRCP

Party General Secretary SV Satish Kumar Reddy

Tadepalli, March 4: YSRCP has said that it will submit a representation to the Governor seeking action against Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for his recent hate speech and will explore legal options as he has breached his oath and went against the constitution with his remarks.
Speaking to media here on Tuesday, Party General Secretary SV Satish Kumar Reddy said that same sections under which film personality Posani Krishnamurali was booked applies to Chanrababu Naidu as his hate speech tantamount to promote hatred and discord among communities.
We will submit a memorandum to the Governor to this effect and if no action is forthcoming, we will explore legal options, he said and flayed TDP for its rhetoric of blaming the previous YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government for every lapse of the coalition.
The results of north Andhra teachers’ constituency should be an eye-opener to Chandrababu which shows that employees have vented their ire on coalition as none of the promises made to the employees was fulfilled.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on the other hand, immediately after coming to power, had given 27 percent interim relief (IR) while the coalition has cheated the employees, who have extended their full support through postal ballot.
In nine months the coalition could not appoint a PRC which shows its neglect towards employees, who are unable to get their dues including PF, Insurance claim and other benefits and this has reflected in the results of north Andhra, he said adding that resentment among employees is growing.
Since the facility for studying in Ambedkar Open University after the lapse of ten year period of joint capital, nearly 34, 000 students are at a loss as there is no alternative for them in the State, he said.
