YSRCP slams govt. for closing cases against Chandrababu

Kakinada, Jan 13: YSRCP has slammed Chandrababu for influencing investigation agencies and closing cases registered against him one after the other and affirmed that the Party will take a legal recourse to review the decisions taken. 
Speaking to media here on Tuesday, former minister Kurasala Kannababu said Chandarbabu has been setting a wrong precedence by closing cases against him by influencing the investigation agencies and making a mockery of institutions under the pretext of mistake of facts. 
Though he went to jail in the Skill Development case, it was weakened and closed and seven other cases were removed as the government is scared of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who has been raising issues in the people’s forum. 
Apart from Skill Development case, which he should have faced in the court, he simply sat in judgement and used the official machinery to shut down the issue, he has also closed down assigned land case, Inner ring road case, Mining case and other since October.
This is a blatant violation of law and misusing it for his personal gains and a festival gift for himself and publicity that he has been giving gift to contractors and employees is meager. 
The law and order has been deteriorating and false cases are being foisted on YSRCP cadre. Cases were foisted for cutting cakes, poultry birds and goats. On the other hand the government has been encouraging gambling on a large scale in the garb of cockfights and conducting it as an event with huge cash flow running into the hands of TDP leaders and cadre.
The friendly media has made a big hue and cry that gambling and casinos were running during the previous regime but know they are going in full steam and they are publicizing it as a sport which exposes their double standards, he said.
