YSRCP Fights for special status in the Parliament

New Delhi : Demanding Special Status to Andhra Pradesh, YSRCP making the parliament as venue raise's its voice in unison. Along with this demand of the party, the MPs gave notice of an adjournment motion. Earlier, the parliamentary party meeting was conducted in Delhi. They debated on the strategy of the fight for the special status. It was decided to postpone the vote on this matter. When they gave notice of a motion to postpone the Speaker Sumitra Mahajan announced rejection of it.

On the other hand, with the demand of special status YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is planning great protest in Delhi on the 10th of this month. MPs, MLC, MLAs and district level actively participating leaders will be taking art in this protest. The arrangements relating to the proceedings were happening very fast. The leaders from Anakapalle and Tirupati are starting in two special trains on 7th of this month.

Speaking on the eve, the parliamentary party leader Mekapati Rajamohan demanded that Special Status should be granted to AP at any cost. He said that the state went into economic crisis due to the separation and appealed to look this matter with special attention. He asked to take decision immediately, or else, he said that the public will not forgive. He brought to the attention of the house that Andhra Pradesh is in budget deficit and also does not have a state capital.
