YS Jagan's assurance to Kovelakuntla people

Representatives from Kovelakuntla and Chagalamarri mandals of Kurnool district submitted a petition to opposition leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy bringing to his notice the incomplete state of Joladorasi and Rajoli reservoirs. The two reservoirs proposed on the Kundru river are expected to cater to the drinking and irrigation water needs of hundreds of surrounding villages. In their petition, representatives stated that late CM Dr.YS Rajashekar Reddy had granted funds towards the project and ensured speedy progress. However, since his demise the construction has come to a halt. YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy assured the representatives that YSRCP will look into the matter.
