But the top cop and Telangana Director General of Police (DGP) Anurag Sharma talking to the media here on Sunday said everything regarding the Cash for Vote scam was in the authority of the Anti- Corruption-Bureau

Upon being questioned about serving notice to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, the DGP said it was ACBs discretion and ACB holds the sole authority in deciding the course of action. He also said that the investigation in this case has been taking place in accordance with the rules and regulation laid down by Law. 
On the other hand ACB is waiting for the forensic Science lab report to speed up its probe further in to the case
